Donat has been working as a secondary school music teacher in London besides his private piano tuition since 2017. At the secondary school, he has recently established a piano academy aimed at KS3 students. He also supports GCSE music students with their piano performances.

Donat is a great specialist and is passionate about teaching piano. He greatly enjoys supporting and inspiring young people to develop their performance skills. As a piano teacher, he has helped students prepare for a range of qualifications, including ABRSM and Trinity College London examinations, from Grade 1 to 8. He provides students with well-planned lessons based on established programmes of study, and tailors his lessons to meet the needs of each individual student. He always aims to make lessons accessible, enjoyable and stretching, with an extensive repertoire ranging from Baroque to 20th Century music styles.
